Recipe(s) of the Week: Calabacita

From one of our C.A.M.P. team member's awesome recipe. So delicious and so easy.


Ingredients:

  • Gray Squash

  • One Green Chili

  • Corn

  • Tomato Sauce

  • Cilantro

  • Onion

  • Bell Peppers

  • Tomatoes

  • Garlic

  • Jalapeno

  • Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste.


Instructions:

  1. Mix all your ingredients easily in a pan and slow cook about twenty minutes.

  2. You can the amount of each ingredient to you liking.

  3. Yummy.
